Hotel Policies

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at check-in. Reservations will be held for 12 hours after your scheduled arrival time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours (before 4 pm CST) prior to your day of arrival without any penalty, unless you have a non-refundable reservation. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your arrival, the card on file will be charged for one night’s rate + tax. No refunds. Please note, however, that there are stricter cancellation rules related to: group rates, special promotions, holidays, or city events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions.

Additional Charges:

Pet Cleaning Fee – $50 per reservation
Smoking Penalty – $250 fine (pending room assessment)
Rollaway Beds – $25 (based on availability)

Frequently Asked Questions

What time is check in and what time is check out? Can we request an early check in or late check out?

Check in time is at 3 pm, and check out time is 12 pm (noon). If a late check out is requested, there may be an additional fee, and this is based on availability.

Is parking available at your hotel?

Yes. Self-parking is available for all guests and is complimentary.

Is there a restaurant on site?

Yes. We have one dining establishment, La Voûte. Visit our Dining Page for more information.

What is your smoking policy?

Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area or guest room is subject to a $250 fine.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes! La Banque is a pet-friendly hotel. Please note, not all rooms are pet friendly, and there is a $50 pet cleaning fee per reservation.

Is breakfast included in my stay?

Yes. A complimentary continental breakfast is available for guests staying at La Banque Hotel and is served every morning from 7–9:30 am.

Is there a Fitness facility at your hotel?

Yes! We have a 24-hour fitness center available to all guests.

How do I store my baggage prior to checking in or after checking out?

For your convenience, if your room is not ready upon arrival we will store your bags safely at the front desk. If you need to store luggage after checking out, we are happy to hold it for the entire day/evening of your departure date.

Is my credit card charged when I make my reservation?

We will use your credit card for guarantee purposes only. No charges will be posted to your account unless you are a “No Show” on the arrival date of your reservation.

How much will my method of payment be authorized for?

Your method of payment will be authorized for the remaining balance of room and tax charges, plus an additional $100 for any incidental charges you may incur. If your reservation is pre-paid entirely, then only $100 will be authorized for incidentals. Please note that authorizations on debit cards REMOVE funds from the bank account associated with your debit card, whereas authorizations on credit cards reduce your line of credit. It may take from three to five days for your bank to release those funds.
